These one-to-one sessions are designed to help answer any questions you have about labour and birth in a private and personal session, either in person or video meeting.

You'll be sent a brief questionnaire when you book to allow me the opportunity to gather personalised information for you relating to your labour and birth preferences/concerns

You'll walk away with a new-found confidence about your upcoming birth experience and will be armed with good quality, professional evidence and sources to support your birth choices

Depending on your location, we can decide whether an in-person meeting or one from the comfort of your own home via zoom works best for you.

If group sessions aren't your thing, or perhaps you've done some antenatal classes but want more info on a particular topic, a one-to-one session is just what you need.
