Service Description

Offering an in-depth look at things like what your body does during labour, what to expect when you go to hospital, how to care for a newborn baby as well as preparation for life after birth and forming long-lasting friendships, these group classes are your one-stop shop to grow your confidence and assauge any worries about the birth of your baby. The 6th session will be organised once everyone in the group has given birth, so date TBC. If you are due around Christmas or early January, this is the course for you!
